Internal Sales Solenoid Valves

 

Connexion Developments Ltd is a leading supplier of solenoid and process valves with a reputation for innovation and ongoing product development. Continued growth has generated an additional position for an internal sales person.

 

Our prime requirements are sales experience, drive, determination and enthusiasm. Training is available however Good communication skills; Maths and basic PC skills are essential.

 

Working hours are 8.30AM to 6.00PM Monday to Friday. Salary negotiable paid monthly by bank transfer through PAYE depending on experience and skills for each candidate.

Job Description.

To work primarily within the sales office answering/making sales calls, preparing and following customer quotations dealing with questions relating to solenoid valves.  i.e. asking customers for the media, pressure, flow, size, voltage, temperature and chemical details to process the enquiry successfully to order status. Current software ACT database - Sage Accounts V2012 - MS Office.

Job Description.

To work primarily within the warehouse, picking, packing, labelling and dispatching parcels (1 to 25Kg), checking incoming deliveries (5kg to 25Kg boxes), restocking warehouse shelves whilst helping to maintain an efficient, clean + tidy warehouse.

 

Progressing to working with Sage Accounts software for product swaps/ goods in and out, stocktaking and simple product modifications.

 

To help during busy times within an warehouse/office environment answering the telephone with a view to progressing to technical sales to answer calls dealing with questions relating to solenoid valves.  i.e. finding media, pressure, flow, size, voltage, temperature and chemical details to process the enquiry successfully to order status, although training will be given. Progressing to checking customer discounts within the ACT Database program and raising processing sales invoices, Sales Orders and Purchase Orders via Sage Accounts V2012.

 

As a member of a team, we expect all employees to help clean and make refreshments and help keep the office, warehouse and Kitchen clean + tidy.
