 Connexion Pressure Reducing ValveConnexion Range Of Cast Iron, Epoxy Coated Ductile Iron, Bronze and 316 Stainless Steel Pressure reducing valve can prevent pipeline breakage due to high pressure. Pressure reducing valve when installed in water supply pipeline will maintain the set downstream pressure from the valve outlet, regardless of the difference in the inlet pressure. Pressure reducing valve can be installed in water supply, air conditioning and fire control Systems to maintain the setting pressure in outlet. The pressure reducing valve uses a sub-valve (Stainless steel external pressure reducing pilot valve) to control the main valve. When the outlet pressure reaches the setting range of pressure reducing pilot valve , the pilot valve will automatically sense the outlet pressure and adjust the pressure chamber pressure in the main valve, so the valve gate can be opened and consequently the outlet pressure can be maintained.  Special orders can be arranged for higher pressure adjusting range. In the case of high pressure, valve body made by stainless steel is recommended. The pressure gauge on the pilot valve indicates the pressure in outlet. The indicating value will be lower when the outlet is in open state. When large flow rate is implemented in outlet, or when the gate is switching off rapidly and waiting the response of pilot valve to close the main valve gate, delayed response might happen. At this time the outlet pressure will rise a little, and a small pressure relief valve can be added to the outlet.
