Connexion BTF & BFF Series Pilot Float Valve

Connexion Cast Iron, Epoxy Coated Dustile Iron, Bronze and 316 Stainless Steel Float valve uses a sub-valve (floating ball switch) to control the main valve. When the water level elevates to the full water level defined by sub-valve it closes and the back pressure inside the main valve accumulates rapidly , which pushes the piston valve to close. By this mechanism, the float valve can thus control the tank water level.

At low water level, pressure in pressure chamber is released via the ball cock, and water pressure inside the pipe pushes the piston open.

At full water level, the ball float closes pressure
accumulates in the pressure chamber and pushes the piston shut

The working pressure should be greater than 0.3 Bar, please check the pressure before installation.

Please remove debris impurities or metal swarf inside the pipe thoroughly and if possible please add filter.
When the flow rate is insufficient, please avoid installing the valve up-side down (installing the inlet upward).
To be used in conjunction with external pilot float valve or ball cock/ switch.
